OK, i need a new training split.. any ideas? I plataeud … and now i’m using a mass routine some kinda russian workout. sick shit…i’m up 5 lbs in a week so i’ll go rest of month on this.. and maybe a week switch and back on it.. Someone hit me up… lookin to get big and stay lean as always. plus its good to have a friend on here. someone hit me back!

Hello, I recently suffered from a stomach flu…that normally you get over in a about a day… it didnt like me… stopped eating for 5 days and lived off of gatorade. i suffered from severe dehydration and had to go to E.R. (uninsured) so now my budget for supps, entrance fees and tanning is shot. Plus.. I have stress in other personal matters like work trying to get up to speed to run my own soon and with the risk of having to not work out for a month to get gym going… may set me back … a little specially during cutting. Thank you to everyone who supported me for this… I will not give up yet… Be looking out for me in the Night of the Swords in September, Bigger and ready to go.

Ok so… sorry i haven’t updated in a while… i recently got canned at my desk job… and made a life changing choice to get a job in a gym… greatest thing i’ve ever done! working on getting gig at GNC and i’m set. first day of working out there.. and i’m freakin pumped… i expect to slap on at least 10lbs in next few months or so… keep reading ;0 i’ll keep telling

Does anyone know or can explain a more simpler version of how to join NPC? I am training for The Iron City Classic Right now… for next spring.. its not NPC but my first show i’d like a warm up if you know what i mean. but i want to roll into NPC from there… there website gave me alot of mumbojumbo. I see i have alot of friends in the NPC maybe one of you can give me some insight on this.

I am burnt. I’ve only down Chest-triceps. And today i did legs calves, and shrugs with some forearms. I’m off tomorrow. I’ve pushed to my limits the past two days. My diet is pretty great … i felt fat first day and then i got to the gym felt great. Today i had a head ache but was able to roll through the pain. I’lll update again soon. probably friday to follow up with the week. I hope someone is enjoying or will enjoy my blog. If anyone wants i can post my routines.. its a great layout.

Its late friday night. wife is asleep on couch with to kitties in her lap and i’m blogging. I’ve been working out for almost 3 or so years… started trying to "build" about year and half ago. Past few months i’ve wanted to train to compete… wife has an issue with her "teddy bear" shaving all of its fur off. Finally wednesday at borders we were sitting there drinking coffee after a work out hanging out, and she said to me "i’m cool with you competing now, I’ve seen how hard you’ve worked to get this far… and you have my blessing" Wow i was stoked! So now i finished up my last routine for the week… starting Sunday… I kick in the new dieting… aparently i need around 4,500 cal. per day to bulk.. jesus… I’ve been eating alot … but no ru***e .. aparently that is supposed to help me build faster.. i smack my self after realizing all this time my wife was right… wasted years of training…. so hopefully staring sunday (to charge up for monday)
Diet:
6:00am - 18 egg whites, 1 bowl of oatmal
9:00am - 3 scoops of whey - 72grams
11:00am - Steak, Shredded cheese, & Pico Salsa Burrito
1:00pm - Chicken, Shredded cheese, & corn Burrito
3:00pm - Steak & Cheese Burrito
5:00pm - 1scoop of whey - 24 grams protein
6:00PM Work out
7:30pm - 1 scoop of weight gainer (600 Cal - 52 protein 84 carbs)
9:00pm - Some sort of Lasagna that the wife cooks
10:30pm - Bed time 2 scoops of whey
