Hey all! This is my first blog, and well I hope I do it right
I am an employee at Bodybuilding.com, what we do is promote a healthy life style. We want our customers to make sure they are acheiving every goal that they have set in the best way possible! So why shouldnt we be living a healthy lifestyle and making sure WE get there the best way possible I mean we have all the information and products we need, its just a matter of wanting to do so. I am really starting to focus not only on just my fitness but a healtheir life style! I Finally just got my OWN place, like a place I call my own with no roomates! THANK GOD!
I am way excited and I can not wait to see what the new year has in stock for me! I have already lost 10 lbs and that is awesome! I have not really beed doing manythings different, I eat less, but the same foods :\ but I am going to the gym like 4-5 days a week and I feel great! I plan on losing 5-6 more lbs and while I am doing that… My tighs are going to be under some strict workout rutines!
