My first comp!!

Ya that’s right, my first figure competition. I am so stoked its crazy! I decided to get started when a couple other girls that I work with told me they were going to do a bodybuilding.com comp in oct and it got my wheels turning! I thought to myself WHY NOT! I work at a place where I would be have the best supporters and it is a great look to go for, sexy and fit! ;) I am going to compete in a comp in April and working with some guys at the office to get in the best shape of my life! If any of you ladies or even gents have any suggestions or recommendations on how I should go about this PLEASE tell! Right now my body fat is at a high 24% and my weight is 144. I am going to strive to get down to 123 and be about 12-15% bf. I will update you all as I progress! Wish me good luck!

Getting Toned

Well I have been working my butt off at the gym! I am back into my groove and loving it! I am getting my thighs and my arms where I want them! It is awesome to see new muscles that I have never seen before! ;)

Hey guys!

I have been such a slacker lately :( Friday was the fist day in 2 weeks taht I went to the gym! How bad is that!!!!!!!!! But I only gained 2lbs…. so thats not too bad! I just got sooo busy with my move and me being so sleep deprived I just did not have the energy! So now its a new week and I am going to start a new rutine! I want to be at 135 and get my thighs is great shape (they are my weak point) SO I am going to kick my own A** so wish me luck :)

So lately I have been sleep deprived! I work 2 jobs, and I am trying to save money to move into my own place this weekened and MY OH MY am I one tired lady! any tips on how to stay awake other than 4 cups of coffee, my dialine 4 and caffeinated tea? :) But I am pretty stoked that I am finaly moving out to my OWN place. NO ROOMATES ALLOWED! well that is my thought as of right now… I will be back later with more TTYL

Hey all! This is my first blog, and well I hope I do it right :)

I am an employee at Bodybuilding.com, what we do is promote a healthy life style. We want our customers to make sure they are acheiving every goal that they have set in the best way possible! So why shouldnt we be living a healthy lifestyle and making sure WE get there the best way possible I mean we have all the information and products we need, its just a matter of wanting to do so. I am really starting to focus not only on just my fitness but a healtheir life style! I Finally just got my OWN place, like a place I call my own with no roomates! THANK GOD! :) I am way excited and I can not wait to see what the new year has in stock for me! I have already lost 10 lbs and that is awesome! I have not really beed doing manythings different, I eat less, but the same foods :\ but I am going to the gym like 4-5 days a week and I feel great! I plan on losing 5-6 more lbs and while I am doing that… My tighs are going to be under some strict workout rutines! :) Wish me luck!
