First Max-OT cycle.
Eight weeks have passed since I started training the "Max-OT" way, in an attempt to increase my strenght.
So far, I’m happy with the results. I’m not sure how much someone’s strenght can improve in 8 weeks, but I’m experiencing great results. Specifically my legs and back, these muscle groups have improved a lot.
My physique has changed a bit, too. My arms are bigger now, and so are my calves, back and quads. Chest and abs are pretty much the same. ![]()
For several reasons, I’m currently not supplementing with any products, except for the AnimalPak, maybe this has been slowing down the results in some way?
I will keep training this way for some more months, I know that I will have to eventually change my way of training. But overall, I really like the approach the Max-OT gives.
