					<description>Yeah, i'm remember reading somewhere that humans had this particular &amp;amp;#34;defect&amp;amp;#34; of not being able to produce vitamin C, when all other animals that required it could.  i didn't realize there was another animal that couldn't produce it.

not to side track this thread, but dude, your progress pic looks great!  i can't believe you're 45, cuz you look about 20 years younger.</description>

					<description>Good tip brother...I've been taking about 1500 mg a day but I think I might bump it up to 3000.  My elbows have been sore more so than normal and I been taking the chondroiten with some success.  Thanks for the tip.
