Ordered Animal Test … transformed and gotten the fat off, now muscle

Sunday, November 25th, 2007

New goal: 20 lbs of new muscle my June 1, 2009.

The diet and routine up to this point have taken well over 60 of fat off my frame. The workouts need some freshening up and some new focus. Been reviewing some DVDs and past workouts and flipping some things around for the coming week. I also have taken the plunge and ordered some Animal Test - 2 cans of it with a can of their M- Stack to take afterwards. The stuff is not cheap, but based on what I have heard from a couple of guys that take it, it sounds like it might be worth try. Bought two cans because they recommended you do two cycles back to back. Each can contains 3 weeks worth. I have taken like products in the past, most recently Goliath Labs, Tribuloid, and was mighty impressed with what unfolded there, so I’ll have something to compare it to. The Goliath Labs stuff is much less expensive. I have had great experience with Animal products up to this point, so we’ll how this goes.

I was stoked to hear my workout partner mention the prospect of doing a bit of jogging/running instead of the usual machines for aerobics. Good idea. Not looking for marathoner status here, just 20 to 30 minutes at the end of the workout to ramp the metabolism up.

Got the diet rolling along at 7-8 meals a day now. 25-35 grams of protein per meal. If I am going to do this, I’ll need to make sure the diet does not miss a beat.

Stay tuned… Brian

Sporting a wedding band …

Friday, November 16th, 2007

Had an interesting convo with my wife recently. She shewed the kids of the room, turned to me and said with some seriousness, "I want your to start wearing your wedding band … you’re getting too good looking and I am worried about business clients hitting on you." No kidding. I don’t think that qualifies as a bad thing. I have been married 17 years and have not ever really wore what was bought for our wedding day due to safety concerns in my previous career as a firefighter, but I am sporting it now … the hazards of transformations, eh?
