Progress, sheiko and stuff

Hi there, It’s been awhile since last post but here are some info about, yeah, a lot of things actually.

I have for the last four weeks been doing a program called Sheiko, it’s based on the three basic exercises: Squat, benchpress and deadlift. It was made by the international Russian weightliftingsteam’s trainer: Boris Sheiko. The program takes 4 weeks where you will train 3 days a week, I did one extra day to get my biceps and abs while I was doing it, because it wasn’t a part of the program, but, after I followed the program and ate right, I actually increased every maxlift I had. Benchpress before: 93 Kgs. four weeks later: 100 kgs. Deadlift: 130 kgs. four weeks later 150 kgs and Squat: 90 and after the four weeks of sheiko: 100. The program is made with the purpose of increasing your maxlifts, but big = big muscles, And I will sign for that now!

Then I have a little information for the people who tries to bulk, I have for a long time been using the Nitric oxide product: N.O. Explode. This isn’t a complain or anything, but I have always been a hardgainer and I know that a lot others than me are also. I found out that, or I’ve actually always known from when I started to use the supplement, the Caffeine in this product made my metabolism a lot higher and the fat burning made new heights. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but please, save yourself a lot of time in the bulking period and stop using it or atleast cut the amount of it a little.

BTW I will post new stats, pictures and stuff at the end of october. Looking forward to gaining some mass!
