Progress, sheiko and stuff

Hi there, It’s been awhile since last post but here are some info about, yeah, a lot of things actually.

I have for the last four weeks been doing a program called Sheiko, it’s based on the three basic exercises: Squat, benchpress and deadlift. It was made by the international Russian weightliftingsteam’s trainer: Boris Sheiko. The program takes 4 weeks where you will train 3 days a week, I did one extra day to get my biceps and abs while I was doing it, because it wasn’t a part of the program, but, after I followed the program and ate right, I actually increased every maxlift I had. Benchpress before: 93 Kgs. four weeks later: 100 kgs. Deadlift: 130 kgs. four weeks later 150 kgs and Squat: 90 and after the four weeks of sheiko: 100. The program is made with the purpose of increasing your maxlifts, but big = big muscles, And I will sign for that now!

Then I have a little information for the people who tries to bulk, I have for a long time been using the Nitric oxide product: N.O. Explode. This isn’t a complain or anything, but I have always been a hardgainer and I know that a lot others than me are also. I found out that, or I’ve actually always known from when I started to use the supplement, the Caffeine in this product made my metabolism a lot higher and the fat burning made new heights. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but please, save yourself a lot of time in the bulking period and stop using it or atleast cut the amount of it a little.

BTW I will post new stats, pictures and stuff at the end of october. Looking forward to gaining some mass!

back in school

This has absolutely nothing to do with bodybuilding but anyways. Tomorrow I will begin in school again after a 2 month long vacation. Taekwondo is also starting so I’m afraid that I wont have much time to work out. But we’ll see. :)

This is my first Blog, and I think its going to be about Diet and my experiences.

Or really not about my diet, but!

I have for a while been on a healthy diet, with no alcohol, fastfood or any other kinds of unhealthy stuff. But anyways, Before the start of the diet I really didn’t thought my body was gaining size/muscles anymore, But I remembered that I once heard that Diet is the most important thing about looking good. I wanted to try it. I made a deal with myself that From that day it was over with ^^. From my experiences I really can agree with all of it. My stats is changed and I’ve gained more size but most important is that my body is in a few weeks looking a lot more vascular and I’m really stoked about it. This was the only thing I needed to prove for myself… How important diet really is.
