prepping for USA’s

It feels like Jr. Nationals was just last week. I’m now prepping for the USA’s in Vegas. Hey, I figure if I do bad at the show, it will be easy to drown my sorrows. Haha. The USAs will be a good test run since my dietitian will not be able to come. It’s about 2 weeks and some odd days until the USA’s and I’m exhausted. I need a good long break after the show. Conditioning is a matter of discipline, but balance and symmetry is a matter of time. I doubt I will have enough time to bring down my legs by the time Nationals rolls around. We’ll see. Not much has changed with my diet, except I feel like there are more “tests” everyday. Training is very simple. I’m just doing cardio shoulders, back, and abs. Dieting is wearing me thin…no pun intended. What keeps me on track is how much I don’t want to embarrass myself when I step on stage. When you compete, you have to bring it! Hopefully, I’ll do ok without my dietitian. Good luck to everyone on their goals. You’ve got to keep your eye on the prize!

 

2 weeks out

well, i’m 2 weeks out from jr nats and i’ve met my goal already! i’m close to insanity, but at least i’ve met goal. haha. this year my dietitian is not depleating me since i’m already lean. thats how branch came in for the arnold…no depleting. i may be filling a little bit before the show. i’ve been so busy i haven’t gotten a chance to post progress pics…soon though! at this time my stats are 106lbs and 7%bodyfat. it’s been a long and arduous road and in my mind i’m already victorious. always train with heart. when you work hard for something, that something has so much more value. i think it applies to everything and i think the girls can relate…designer purses??

Hi all! this is my first post. i just started prepping for jr. nationals two weeks ago. training is going very well…6 hrs of cardio a week and your typical training split excluding legs. i’ll be burning them up later on in the prep. genetics has give me horse legs that don’t match my upper body that well. i’ll post my progress on my page if anyone cares to stop by. chao!
