Really struggling with maintaining a clean diet when traveling. I travel a lot for work so I’ve GOT to get this figured out. I’m on a trip right now and have done better. I’ve worked out the last two mornings in the hotel fitness center. I’ve been eating a bowl of oatmeal every morning for breakfast and have been cutting down on the booze when out with customers at night. I hope this makes a difference because I really need to loose 8-10 pounds.
