Protein Pancakes
Wednesday, April 2nd, 2008Just wanted to post my recipe for Protein Pancakes. This recipe can be changed to fit into your diet, that being said this is what I use:
*Add dry ingredients first
1/3 cup of oatmeal (sometimes I will split it between whole wheat flour)
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 tsp of baking powder
1 packet of splenda
sprinkle of cinnamon
*Mix in wet ingredients
1/3 cup of egg whites (2 egg whites)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
add a little bit of water/milk or more egg whites if you wish until thick n fully mixed
*You can also add bananas or flax meal to the recipe
