Carb Cycling
Thursday, January 15th, 2009I have decided to start carb cycling tomorrow in order to switch things up. I have never done it before and would like to see the results I get from it. I hope to do it for about 12-16 weeks. I will keep a little journal in order to track my food. My training routine is going to stay pretty much the same. I will switch up a few minor things but I respond well to the 12 rep range for everything but legs. My legs will be in the 15 rep range since they tend to grow very quickly on anything lower. I need to go and buy some super pump and more isolate protein tomorrow.
