Continuing On. . .
Friday, June 13th, 2008Figured I had not written in a little while…So far this week my workouts have been awesome! I have been getting in at least 3 hours of cardio a week and managing to weight train 5-6 days a week. I am glad the habit has come back because for a while it felt very diffcult getting back into the swing of things. Recently I dealt with some difficult personal issues which have prevented me from giving myself fully to my diet and workouts. However, now after a couple weeks of relaxation I feel much better and ready to continue my journey to achieve the body I have always wanted. I am not too behind but can physically notice some of the negative changes that have happened to my body after a couple weeks of being off my diet and exercise program. I know for the long run the rest was needed but it does feel a slight bit discouraging taking 5 steps backwards. However as Olesya Novik would say "A human body is a machine, controlled by the mind. If the mind believes it, the body will achieve it."
