Back to the Gym
Sunday, April 27th, 2008Today I got back into the gym and started my running again after hurting my lower back last week. I did back, chest, abs and a 60 minute run. It has been 5 hours since I finished my workout n I am already painfully sore. My legs and back are currently killing me! I also find I am constantly starving! It is crazy what a couple days off at the gym can do to ur body!
