Muscle Gain
Monday, February 25th, 2008I started my cut diet on February 15, 2008 and have been feeling okay since I started. However..the weird thing is that I am actually gaining weight because I have put on some muscle. I have been lifting really heavy doing 4 sets of 6 n using creatine. I am the type of person who gains muscle very easily especially when I lift heavy!! I think this is why my pants have been fitting tighter in the leg region. Anyways even though the scale has not really budged n in fact has gone up I have only been noticing positive changes…very strange but I am not complaining!
