			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hey guys, ive ment to put up a few pictures but i havent got around to doing it, maybe ill do it soon. I just got USN&#8217;s muscle mass shake 5kg yesterday and today i did an arm workout and got to try it today, i had to find out what was the best way to make it but it wasn&#8217;t to hard and im not a salesman so im not going to tell you its brilliant and im already seeing the results cause i just had it a while ago but ill let you guys know if its working , but yeah im hoping to gain muscle mass and im a hard gainer but im not worried because once ive put my mind to sumthing i wont stop until i have what i want ill put in those pics soon so you can see my results, bye
