Ignore lifting stats

Hey guys , just ignore the lifting stats , i put in my one rep max , and it calculated my 1RMx from that . i then put in my normal lifting weight , and now it looks like its gone down  . . . so just ignore that , and if you know how i can rectify it , pls let me know !

Hey guys, ive ment to put up a few pictures but i havent got around to doing it, maybe ill do it soon. I just got USN’s muscle mass shake 5kg yesterday and today i did an arm workout and got to try it today, i had to find out what was the best way to make it but it wasn’t to hard and im not a salesman so im not going to tell you its brilliant and im already seeing the results cause i just had it a while ago but ill let you guys know if its working , but yeah im hoping to gain muscle mass and im a hard gainer but im not worried because once ive put my mind to sumthing i wont stop until i have what i want ill put in those pics soon so you can see my results, bye
