Okay guys , just ignore the lifting stats . i put in my one rep max , and it calculated my one rep max from that cause t thought that was what i lifted. and then i put in my normal lifting weight . and now it looks like its gone down . . . . so just ignore that , and if you know how i can rectify that , let me know
