I’ve recently deleted all of my pictures off of this site. I did this because my plan is to update my pictures with some new pictures in a couple months. I’ve just started my new program today. It consist of 3 1000 calorie shakes, and each contains around 100 grams of protein. I also have started taking amino’s, glutamine, and some other things. My plans are to get to around 200+ pounds of muscle by the end of my summer break. I was consuming around 2000ish calories when all of my old pictures were takin. Now i’ve started consuming around 6,000. I know I will have some serious gains with this new program. I plan on bringing up my quads, hams, calves, and lats. I will have 18 inch arms before I know it. I will be supernatural in time. My contest debut will be a story to tell. Believe that!
