Happy MLK day…wife having mini contractions, I’m hoping somewhere in the next 48 hours we’ll be parents of a healthy baby girl…next scheduled Dr.s appt on wed (17th)…I’m assuming they might opt to induce if she doesn’t come on her own by then.

Shawn Ray HOF inductee, special guest TBA (hint: He’s a former Mr. Olympia already in the HOF) Started back on the program…looking to get in shape for the upcoming season…diet and training come second nature to me…cardio just plain SUCKS…especially when you dont have a show to prepare for….
