Bodybuilding.com to Air Free Live Webcast of 2008 IFBB Europa Super Show

Boise, ID – August 12, 2008 – Bodybuilding.com, the Internet’s most- visited bodybuilding and fitness site and largest retailer of nutritional supplements, is once again airing a free live webcast of the largest Pro/Am in the World, the 2008 IFBB Europa Super Show. This will be the third consecutive year that Bodybuilding.com has held the rights to this widely-watched webcast.

Fans not lucky enough to attend the IFBB fitness, figure and bodybuilding competitions in Dallas, Texas will be able to watch it free at Bodybuilding.com starting at 5:30 PM (CDT) on Friday, August 15th for pre-judging and at 1:45 PM (CDT) August 16th for the finals.

There’s already been a colossal buzz about who will take the show this year. Hot off the recent IFFB Tampa Pro competition, bodybuilders Tony Freeman (1st place), Dennis James (2nd place), and Darrem Charles (4th place) will be battling it out again. Not to mention, Will Harris is said to be coming in even bigger and better than last year’s Europa, so it will definitely be one heated pose-down.

Making the webcast even more exciting is the successful Fan’s Choice Online Voting, sponsored by 4Ever Fit. Starting 15 minutes before the show, online viewers will be able to cast votes for their favorite athletes. Silvio Samuel was the lucky 2007 winner with 42% of the votes. This year, in addition to the $500 award for most popular male bodybuilder, there will also be a $500 award given for ‘best wheels’ (best posing routine).
