Pro/Am Contests Blog

Just got back from judging the NPC Vulcan Bodybuilding & Figure Classic.  It was full of close classes especially the masters classes, and in the Jr Light Weight top 3. There were good quality athletes.  Some just holding a little fluid will go on and do even better this weekend at the NPC Steel World Bodybuilding, Fitness, & Figure Championships in Mobile, AL.  Amber who did fitness had a good routine.  The guest routine by Holly was very cool.  The guest posers, Lance Johnson, Roc and Rowe put on a very entertaining show all together on stage.  The overall winner, Steven,  was in great condition.  The overall figure winner was Angie Eagle.  Amy Brown took home her open class, overall Birmingham  and novice figure title.  Heather looked good on stage.  Leslie Eubanks was on stage again and in better shape.  Dawn Smith looked amazing in her 1 pc.  Lots of the bodybuilders had full muscle bellies and good symmetry.  David Snow won the over 50 class.  Caesar did posed to a patriot song with it being Memorial Day.  It was a very well run show with a lot of hard workers.  Randie and Sandy Ellis did a good job handing out awards.  It was good to meet new friends like Josie and Gina at our booth.    

It was good to see all the NPC athletes again.  They have become like family.  Look forward to seeing everyone this weekend at the show in Mobile.
