HYDROXYCUT RECALL<br />
IF YOU ARE USING HYDROXYCUT, STOP DOING SO IMMEDIATELY.<br />
On 1 May 2009, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration<br />
(FDA) published a consumer warning<br />
advising consumers to immediately stop using<br />
Hydroxycut products. These products have been<br />
linked to at least 23 cases of serious liver injuries,<br />
including damage requiring liver transplant<br />
and one confirmed death.<br />
If you have used Hydroxycut, the early signs<br />
of liver injury include loss of appetite, nausea,<br />
fatigue or weakness. Symptoms can progress to<br />
vomiting, brown urine, light-colored stools, and/or<br />
yellowing of the skin or whites of eyes (jaundice).<br />
Other problems associated with Hydroxycut<br />
products include seizures, heart problems, and<br />
muscle damage. The symptoms can occur at any<br />
dose and at any time.<br />
Products with similar ingredients may also<br />
pose a risk of causing harmful health effects and<br />
should be avoided.<br />
If you have any symptoms that could be associated<br />
with these or other dietary supplements, consult<br />
a physician or other health care professional.<br />
Report all adverse effects you’ve experienced to<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ok, so I know some of you may be mad at me. I am so, so sorry. I haven&#8217;t been keeping with BB. It sucks. It&#8217;s just so hard with no computer at home and being so busy at work. I just can&#8217;t find the time to get on here. But, with the holidays coming up and passing soon, I&#8217;ll get right back on top of that. Sorry I haven&#8217;t updated pics either. Call me lazy, but I take the pics but always forget to bring my camera and USB into work with me. LOL But, I&#8217;ll get back on top of that too. I suck, I know. But, things have been crazy hectic. Oh, sorry for taking a few pics down too. I found out someone from my past was on here, and yea, well, you all know how that goes. But, the myspace and MM will stay up updated. My schedule is about to get real crazy here soon, cuz I&#8217;m in the process of building up my website, so that will real make us all happy, yea? This weekend will be crazy. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ok, so I&#8217;m back to good old me and I&#8217;m loving. Been in the gym 5x a week since I&#8217;ve been back from home and it FEELS SO GOOD. And it&#8217;s not taking long for me to see results either. For a second, I was getting worried and thought it was gonna take at least a good 3 months before I saw my body improve. Which would not be good, since I have a shoot at the end of the month. But, I woke up this morning (after election day of all days) and I can look and see my body shedding. YEAH!!!!!!!!! This is what dedication, motivation, and willpower will get you. Didn&#8217;t have time to take a pic, but I&#8217;ll do it when I get home tonight. I&#8217;m holding my head up high again. Who&#8217;s with me?

I just realized, yesterday, that&#8217;s it&#8217;s October and not Sept. Wow!!! Hopefully, I&#8217;l get out of this phase soon. Don&#8217;t know how much more I can take.

I know she&#8217;s in a better place right now, and that&#8217;s the only thing that&#8217;s keeping me sane. I am only happy that I made it home in time to see her and tell her her I love her before she said goodbye. I can&#8217;t eat, sleep calls when it wants. I am so heartbroken. I missed one of my certifing classes, but I know have to continue on to accomplish my dreams. I know she would want that. We&#8217;re all here moping around and I know she would be having a fit if she saw us right now. I&#8217;m just trying to get through this. Trying to stay strong. God give me strength.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ok, so I&#8217;m on here doing crazy research. I&#8217;m looking for the best meal replacement products and supplements for my goal. I don&#8217;t want bulk at all, just lean toned muscles. I&#8217;m been working out a little over a year and a half but so far it&#8217;s been an off and on process. But, I do know that once I stay consistent I will have no problems. I have my workouts all mapped for me. Main reason is because there is one asset on my body that I do not and cannot lose. I&#8217;m quite sure everyone knows what that is. My model career is more on the glamour side, than fitness, so I have to make sure I can stay in that class. If I keep doing what I&#8217;ve been doing, I&#8217;ll be ok. But, now that I&#8217;m going to Iraq, fresh fruit and veggies won&#8217;t be easy to come by. Bases out there do not have commasaries. So, I have to find and bring and order stuff for me to have so I can stick to my diet. It&#8217;s been a year since I&#8217;ve been there, but if I&#8217;m not mistaken the DFAC is only open 3x a day. So can anyone help me? Remember, I just want lean, not much muscle building. I do know some products are best for both, but I&#8217;m mainly looking for lean and toning.

I know it&#8217;s bad, but I&#8217;m just letting my body get all the bad stuff now. I will be getting all this crap out my system very soon. Cuz this feeling sleepy all the time is not getting it. I had some bread rolls today during lunch and I promise you, I could feel the yeast sticking to my obliques. Ugh, this is a disgusting feeling. Only a week left. A week. Detox, eat healthy, proper exercise, and no more slips (you quitters know what I&#8217;m talking about). I will get there. Everyone just pray for me.
