Help With My Diet
Ok, so I’m on here doing crazy research. I’m looking for the best meal replacement products and supplements for my goal. I don’t want bulk at all, just lean toned muscles. I’m been working out a little over a year and a half but so far it’s been an off and on process. But, I do know that once I stay consistent I will have no problems. I have my workouts all mapped for me. Main reason is because there is one asset on my body that I do not and cannot lose. I’m quite sure everyone knows what that is. My model career is more on the glamour side, than fitness, so I have to make sure I can stay in that class. If I keep doing what I’ve been doing, I’ll be ok. But, now that I’m going to Iraq, fresh fruit and veggies won’t be easy to come by. Bases out there do not have commasaries. So, I have to find and bring and order stuff for me to have so I can stick to my diet. It’s been a year since I’ve been there, but if I’m not mistaken the DFAC is only open 3x a day. So can anyone help me? Remember, I just want lean, not much muscle building. I do know some products are best for both, but I’m mainly looking for lean and toning.

Frozen broccoli is just as healthy as fresh, I like Muscle milk drinks and those you can easily bring with you…they keep you full for longer cause of the high fat content. I dont like to eat protein bars anymore…only as a treat(I love them!) because of the chemicals and bio availability of protein isnt too high.To keep that but up make sure you do deadlifts, step ups and most important heavy squats…you wont lose it! also when you do your cardio choose the stairs or incline stuff so your tush doesn’t go flat. Good luck girl and God Bless! xo~z
