1 month to go and I am losing my motivation! I feel like I am not where I should be, friends are saying I am not "cut" enough. Stress in my life is bringing me down. I need to change this attitude or I will not be ready. Juliet is the one person staying by me and totally pushing me ahead, to strive to be better. Thanks girlfriend! Love you.
Ok, enough is enough. I needed to vent and now need to get back to it! Still eating properly, or 98% on, but now it is 100%. Working out is great. My trainer is still demanding me to give it my all. Cardio is ok, could be better. Tonight is a new one. Going to the gym and work out my stress and problems and then tomorrow is a new day. Will be better. My mind is back!

I am glad that you have a positive person who keeps you from getting to down, this journey is much more difficult when you don’t. We all have moments where stress, lack of motivation or a number of other things will try to derail us towards our final goals. Keep at it and you are right, tomorrow is another day and you WILL get there! Have a great weekend!

Hey, you are doing awesome. I will always be by your side. Why stress about the things that are out of your control. You can’t do anything about them. Concentrate on the things you have control over, your diet and training and who your friends are……xo J~
