Look hon, I made a blog!
Hi everyone! Christopher insisted that I start writing in my blog so here’s my first entry.
I started quitting caffiene on Monday. No more than one can of Diet coke a day. I hope I make it this time. I really drink WAAAY too much of it. So that’s part of my plan to be healthier…lower my sodium by cutting soda. I’ve also been eating a little better. If I weren’t too lazy to cook for myself I think I would do even better than that.
Getting to the gym has been a little rough for me lately because in all honesty I’d rather be on the phone or computer talking to Chris. Lol Maybe when we can see each other more than just weekends it will not be so hard. My best friend is trying to keep me going up there, and doing a good job of it. I wish I had more energy! Anyways, as best I can I am following this article that gives you a daily workout routine. It’s moderately fun. I think I’ll get used to it, and routines are good for creatures of habit such as myself. Only problem is getting into the new routine!
So, small steps…
1. Quit the Diet Coke!
2. Eat better/ Cook more/ Stop being so lazy! lol
3. Get my sorry hiney up to the gym!
