Struggling

Friday, May 18th, 2007

Well, my scale at home says 175 in the a.m. and yesterday at the gym (before my trainer took my measurements)..I was 180.  She didn’t like that too much…But from the measurements she took of me in March, I lost 2inches in my hips and waist…and either stayed the same or lost a bit in other places.  So I gained some muscle…my bf% went from 33.9% to 33.  Im about to start on Lipo 6..thinking of doing a supplement log on here just to keep me dedicated..since my motivation and will are beginning to lack.  And no, I dont think any fat burners are magic pills..but I hope that they’ll start to lead me down the right path again…  Plus, I’m taking my boyfriend to Ft Lauderdale, FL for a weekend in June…and wanna look decent! Anyway. I wish well to all!!

Sometimes

Alright..Well my weight has plateaud already..but Im not letting it get me down..my clothes are still looser than before..so Im sure I gained some muscle…It’s pretty easy for me to do…but I really dont need to bulk up any more than I already am….I didnt work out at all last week, I wasnt feeling well, and my boyfriend totaled his car…but this week, Im back on track…we are going to Florida in June..so Im hoping to tone up before then. Its a must.  Also, going to the Ronnie Coleman Classic on 04/21. Should be fun! Of course, Ill just be a spectator!

I’m thankful nonetheless-The Beginning

Whew-this is hard.  To post your weight and stats to everyone.  I thought it would be easier for people I don’t even know to know more about me than my friends or family..However, I need to do this so that I can stay on track.  I do weigh 180.  Thankfully I don’t look it…I was a gymnast when I was younger and I’ve weight trained since i was 15.  I have powerful legs and they have the size to show it-however I’m not appreciative of the way I have allowed them to look. So this year I’ve vowed to eat clean and allow my body to perform the way it wants to.  It’s nice to think that my friends think I weigh about 160-a still high amount but better than the truth! And when I go to the dr’s office they always try to weigh me beginning at 100lbs and move the small slide to get my weight..No dice…Try 150 and then slide up!! =) Anyway, I hope to make new fitness friends and learn as much as I can. I’ve studied nutrition and exercise for so long, but haven’t had the will to execute it for myself. My boyfriend is along for the ride trying to better himself and it makes me proud of him and thankful that I’m not going through this alone.

Welcome!
