Struggling

Well, my scale at home says 175 in the a.m. and yesterday at the gym (before my trainer took my measurements)..I was 180.  She didn’t like that too much…But from the measurements she took of me in March, I lost 2inches in my hips and waist…and either stayed the same or lost a bit in other places.  So I gained some muscle…my bf% went from 33.9% to 33.  Im about to start on Lipo 6..thinking of doing a supplement log on here just to keep me dedicated..since my motivation and will are beginning to lack.  And no, I dont think any fat burners are magic pills..but I hope that they’ll start to lead me down the right path again…  Plus, I’m taking my boyfriend to Ft Lauderdale, FL for a weekend in June…and wanna look decent! Anyway. I wish well to all!!

We all gain a little more weight when after that morning weigh. I weight myself everymorning and once I have finished my morning routine I will weight myself again to see the difference. Don’t forget clothes add to that factor as well. My wife uses lipo 6 and loves it, Its not a mircle pill but it helps. Have fune in Fr Lauderdale.

The measurements should be just as important than the weights - since it does show a loss rather than a gain in that aspect. Just keep at it eventually the numbers (lbs) will start going down.
