Nothing special. 45 mins. on treadmill, at fairly easy to moderate pace.
Not quite 160 bpm, and went up to about level 5 on the treadmill for majority of the session.

Sounds like a good workout. I need to get back on my cardio. How’s the muscle building going?

Slow, but that’s just cause I just started back with the weights. But that should be really changing soon now.
