day 68 live shredded

Saturday refeed/leg da, i had a refeed day yesterday as well the longer iv been cutting the more my strength is going down the refeed days are definitly helping me tough, had a really great leg workout today felt great afterwords, iiit was actually my thrid leg workout this week which may not be the best idea, but i think i should be ****ght since the legs are endurance muscles, i had more of a high volume lighter weight workout today here it is,

legs,

warm up streching

superset leg press-squat 10-12x5

calf press 12-15 x3

leg curls 8-10x3

leg extensions 8-10x3

most of my energy went to the first exercise superset squat/leg press i really felt it afterwords, i decided to slowly start carb depleting on monday going to keep carb where i usually do tomorw around 100-150, only 2 weeks left! no time to slack

day 63 live shredded transformation

So i was planing on doing back today but my upper back was acting up for some reason, No matter tough i decided to hit legs intead, I went very heavy today again i dont usually go heavy on legs since i had some problems with my knee and ankle in the past but i think it is finally healing :), today was also a low carb/calorie day but i felt fine today since i spaced my meals and carbs out evenly, here is my leg workout today

warmup strecthing

Squats 8-12 warmupx2 5-7 x3 heavy

hack squat low feet position 10x12x2

leg press 10-12 warmupx2 - 6-8x3 heavy

leg curls 8-12x3

stiff leg dead lifts 10-12x1

i put most of my energy toward the big compound movements majority toward squats, then leg press

when i first started this transformation i used to hate doing squats and dread doing them on my leg workouts, but now i low them there probally my favorite leg exercise i realized i wasnt using proper formn the beginning which was making it alot harder for me to do them even with lite weight now i learned proper form finally lift heavy again on them,

I also added some new progress pics for week 9, only 3 weeks left time to go into overdrive ;)
