I went to the gym today and did chest. This is going to sound odd but the strength and advice I have gotten from my team truly have been driving my workouts. I have also started a muscle tech stack that seem to be doing the trick. I really need to take this seriously this time and can feel something real behind my goals. I have never been a head turner and want to experance it at least once in my life. I am happy where I am I just want to hard work to be seen. I guess what I am trying to say is thank you TEAM PAIN!!!!! let’s keep shoving each other in the right direction.

OK here is my perdic right now. I set my goal to loose about 30lbs by Feb 14th. My issue is that I am not going to stop lifting. It is the only thing that keeps me going. So to say that I want to loose that much weight is almost jinking my self. I want to cont to gain muscle. What do I do? I know that I cant stop lifting. If I do I might as well give up because that is the only thing that really brings me happiness. Do I do it all by messurement? If you have any advice please help. I love to lift heavy and dont want to stop that. Also I am going to be starting test booster that I bought here on the site. I believe its the TBomber II Not 100% on that but will post more. Does anyone have any advice on a test booster? Also one more question. When taking creatine does it matter what I take it with as far as a suger driver??? Thanks my friends………Train like an animal and eat like a horse…

Ok today I went to the gym and ended up doing back and bies because my tries still hurt from last workout. I forgot my arm blaster at home so I was kind of bummed about that. It was a pretty good workout it could have been better though. Hey does anyone know if it’s better to not lift when you hurt?

Ok did legs again today but took ot a lot easier. I just about put my self outta com last time. You know when you have that drive and feel like you can do anything then your body is like ohhh hell no LOL well that’s what happen. So today I just did the same and less weight and more reps. You know what I am having an issue with?? Scales……other than the fact that I feel like I am maxing them out LOL I can’t seem to get a good reading anywhere. I weigh like 5lbs differ every where I go. Well that’s my 8itchin for today. Tomorrow I am going to do biseps and back.

Ok today back at my gym 24hr fitness on c470 and broadway. I did chest and back. For chest I did bench press 3 sets 1st 90lbs set of 10. 2nd set 160lbs set of 6. 3rd 220 set of 4. 3 sets of 10 push ups 1 flat 2 incline 3 decline. Fly press I am new to this so I did 2 sets of 6@30lbs. 2 sets of shrugs 1@125 a hand 2nd@105 a hand. 2 sets head harness 1st 45lbs set of 10 2nd 45lbs until fail. T bar dead lift …….. Well never mind I have all this down in my log book. Needless to say I am eagerly awaiting the day I see sugnif gain in lift. Am feeling good and ready 4 legs tomorrow with my Daughter.

Today I went to Life time fitness. I did arms mostly with the bis blaster this is the 2nd workout with it and I do notice the pain more the days that follow. I also did scull crushers today with 100lbs I can feel my tris already. Tonight I did my first measurements not to happy about how far I have to go but it’s a starting point. Like a pebble in a lake that causes ripples in the water "It has begun"
Tomorrow chest and back.
