Gettin heavy these days…
Well since I last wrote, its been a heavy and somewhat painful month overall. About a week ago, I hit a 605 squat down to a bench write above parallel and managed to stand up and lock it out. I was doing box squats due to the lack of a spotter. Still maxed at the 705 on rack deadlifts, but yesterday I pulled 700X2X1. It was unbelieveable strength, but it absolutely tore my hands to shreds and it felt like fire. Ah well all part of it. Bench has been improving. I hit 280 for 3 on a 2 board press the other night, making me happy. Still training and pushing hard for the competition in December. Hope everyone is well! Keep lifting!
