Time to come back
I took a couple days off. I was tired and sore, and I know I still have over a month’s worth of work coming for my competition on May 31st. My lower back has been sore around my kidney’s for some reason, so Ive been tending to that. Now that Im feeling great, its time to get back in the gym. Gonna head in tonight for some deadlifts. I know I usually do them on Mondays but Ill make up for time lost tonight. Tonight should be around 520 for 3 sets of 3. Lets see how this goes.
Im planning on doing a max effort deadlift night around May 19th. If all keeps going to plan, I would be around 580 when that time comes, and would love to give 600 a try.
Time to get back, and work towards 600.
