Day After 3rd Workout
Man now I know that I didn’t work my lower back very good yesterday because it is not even sore. Dang forearms. The rest of me is not doing too bad today at all feeling pretty dang good, though abs are still pretty sore. Man I can’t wait for Monday, Legs and Sholders, hell ya!!! I am going to up my weight on my squats cause I think I can do more and can’t wait to try. Anyway Happy 4th all.
