I’m taking this seriously. But sadly, some family members aren’t supportive. It amuses them that I’m counting calories, eat a modified diet, and take supplements. When they eat cake, they ask would I like some. Of course, I reply with a polite, “No, thank you.” Then they continue with an, “Are you sure?” while floating the cake in my face. “You know you want a slice.” The crap makes me mad. They know what I’m trying to accomplish. Why try to tease and tempt me? Why not support me? Let them eat cake.

If bodybuilding.com was an all inclusive site. Meaning it had all the tools one needs to maintain their health, like a calorie counter and exercise counter to track how much (calories, fat, carbs, protein) you are consuming and how many calories you are expending. That would be great. I just hate going to other sites to do this. I want to do it all here! I know this site started as a supplement purchase site, adding those tools here would be super. Maybe those tools are available and I just haven’t found them yet…

I’m so disgusted right now! My weight pretty much been hovering within the same area - between 134 and 135. I think I should be seeing more results and it’s just not happening. I’m trying to figure out what I’m not doing right or if I’m expecting too much too soon. This makes me want to cry. I have got to get down to 125 by June 20! All I’m asking for is a measily 10lbs! Is that too much to ask for? Damn it!

Reading advertising for fat burners and its "results" is one thing… Hearing from actual consumers is better. What fat burners have you used and what have been your results?

I’ve been on travel for work three out of four weeks last month. And it will be the same for the month of June. I hate it. I’m completly off my rocker. This lifestyle is hard enough, but it is even harder when traveling. I can’t cook my own meals. I can’t do my routine. But I do what I can. I’m kinda bummed out…
