					<description>My response to this is (for your goals) is no. First, everything I have read through the years tells us that we can onlyl digest about 30 grams of protein at a time. Maybe more for some, maybe less for others.

Second, usuing the whey and casein proteins at the right times, makes a difference. Because casein is slow digesting, I usually only take this before bed. I use whey before and after workouts to get in my system faster. The rest of the day, should be made up on good solid meals, and lean protein. If you follow that routine, you should be fine. Adjusting as you are hitting plateaus.</description>
