To True Mass or Not too True Mass, that is the Question
Right now I weigh around 245lbs. I want to lose another 5lbs by the end of November, but I really want to gain some hard lean muscle but not look like a fat bastard again in the process. I am taking Syntha-6 as my protein supp and it`s cool because its not too high in carbs or fat. I`m also taking Lipo 6 to help with the fat-burning. My question is, if I decide to swtich it up and say take True Mass which has more protein but also more calories, will I start getting that bloated fat look, which is what I used to look like or will it just give me the lean muscle mass and just add on to what I have without the fat gain?
