15 days
I have 15 days left for me to reach my goal of 250lbs so I started with 2 a days today. I figure I can do it about 3 times this week and maybe 4 next week just to get that extra cardio in. I also added Sundays about 3 weeks ago, so I`m actually on a 6 on 1 off routine, which I hope makes the difference.
This morning I did 25 minsĀ on the treadmill and tonight is my usual back workout with another 24 on the tread and about 15-20 on the elliptical. I really think its going to make a difference.
