To True Mass or Not too True Mass, that is the Question

Right now I weigh around 245lbs. I want to lose another 5lbs by the end of November, but I really want to gain some hard lean muscle but not look like a fat bastard again in the process. I am taking Syntha-6 as my protein supp and it`s cool because its not too high in carbs or fat. I`m also taking Lipo 6 to help with the fat-burning. My question is, if I decide to swtich it up and say take True Mass which has more protein but also more calories, will I start getting that bloated fat look, which is what I used to look like or will it just give me the lean muscle mass and just add on to what I have without the fat gain?

Dating and the Gym

Simply stated, what`s the best way to "pick up" at the gym? I`m not a fan of gym being "meet markets" but sometimes you see someone all the time and find that person, does it for you and you might want to get to know them better.  I just find it hard, because you`re both there for a specific reason and that`s to bust your ass working out. I can`t stand when I`m all focused blazing on the treadmill and someone tries to talk to me, so I can`t really see when an appropriate time to go up to someone would be. Admittedly I`m also a little on the shy side, so that`s also a bit of an issue.  I like athletic women. Women, who kick ass in the gym when they are there and enjoy doing it. You usually pick up women in bars and clubs, but fitness enthused women don`t really frequent those places so the only venue is the gym.

I not only hit my weight goal, but dropped below it! I am happy about that. Now to set another goal and kick its ass too! I just have to continue to work hard. I never would have thought 6 -8 months ago that I`d be down passed 250lbs or even close to it. I don`t think I lost much muscle mass either, thanks to the BCAA`s, because the chest looks better and the biceps are still peaking. I`ll have to put  some pics up soon. Well, enough, elation. On to the next goal!

15 days

I have 15 days left for me to reach my goal of 250lbs so I started with 2 a days today. I figure I can do it about 3 times this week and maybe 4 next week just to get that extra cardio in. I also added Sundays about 3 weeks ago, so I`m actually on a 6 on 1 off routine, which I hope makes the difference.
This morning I did 25 mins on the treadmill and tonight is my usual back workout with another 24 on the tread and about 15-20 on the elliptical. I really think its going to make a difference.

Delt workout

I`m looking for a good deltoid workout. My front delts are good to go, but the back part of my delts are really lacking and I`d like to get a decent overall balance in them. Anyone have any pointers?
