Sunday workouts
I usually take off Sunday and relax, but the last three Sunday I have been hitting the gym. I think that I will start to do that more often. I won`t make it a mandatory day, but just add it on when I feel like I need some extra work or if I miss day during the week. Yesterday was great. I worked my bi`s, tri`s then did cardio, which kicked ass, because I ran 3 miles non stop in just under 25 mins. That`s a new record for me since I usually run 3miles in about 27 minutes. The great thing was, I still enough energy to do another 20 mins of cardio and even then I felt great. I wish I felt like that every day.
