Does anyone have a great workout for the delts, especially the rear delt? I do bent over cable raises which give it a good burn, but I`m looking to increase the overall definition in my shoulders. Any suggestions?

The best shoulders workout out there is… and I’m not kidding!
1. Talk to the municipality (don’t know how it work in the UK) and work with the trash collectors, here they run ahead of the truck, collect all the trash and bags from the different homes, and then lift them to the truck, no machinery, no additional equipment, five guys earning their hard day’s job, almost marathon training and 3D shoulders.
The other way around is to change the cable for free weights, and overhead press bar (Cuban press)
