7 more lbs!!
I finally got to weigh myself this morning at the gym. A month has gone by and I`m happy to say that I’ve lost 9 lbs. I am well on my way to hitting that goal of 250lbs by July 4th. So, I guess the 2 a days are working. I only do about 3 a week but I guess the extra cardio is pushing me over the edge. I have probably lost a little muscle too but when I hit 250lbs, I`m going to stop the extra cardio and start on a muscle building program to hopefully, gain at least a good 5lbs of muscle in 6 to 8 months. All I want to do really, is walk on the beach without a shirt and if I keep this up, I`ll get there.
So far today has been a good day. Its off to the gym again tonight to do some weight work and more cardio.
