I am Beat!

I am beat. My body is tired and is probably in need of some rest. Its pretty much my fault because I don`t think that I`m getting enough sleep. I`m in bed by 12 and up at 5:40am to go my morning cardio session at the gym. I go straight to work until 5:30pm. Get home between 6:30 - 7pm. Eat a little then head to the gym for my night workout at 8:30. Workout until about 9:30 -10pm. Then head home, shower, get my shit together for the morning. Bed by 12.

The thing is, I`m tired but I keep on doing it. I got up this morning and really did not want to go the gym. I wanted to just click off the annoying alarm and stay in bed. My wrist is screwed, my lip was busted from kickboxing and my legs were soar as hell, but I sighed and got my ass up. Got to the gym and ran 4.30 miles. It was rough but I got it done. And tonight I`m going back to work on..well. my back.
And tomorrow, I will get up at 5:40 and head the gym again, because I know that in order for me to get to where I want to be with my body, I need to kick its ass and push it. And when it screams and says, " No, no more!" Push it some more.

This doesn’t stop me from complaining about it though. I`m beat!!

7 more lbs!!

 I finally got to weigh myself this morning at the gym. A month has gone by and I`m happy to say that I’ve lost 9 lbs. I am well on my way to hitting that goal of 250lbs by July 4th. So, I guess the 2 a days are working. I only do about 3 a week but I guess the extra cardio is pushing me over the edge. I have probably lost a little muscle too but when I hit 250lbs, I`m going to stop the extra cardio and start on a muscle building program to hopefully, gain at least a good 5lbs of muscle in 6 to 8 months. All I want to do really, is walk on the beach without a shirt and if I keep this up, I`ll get there.
  So far today has been a good day. Its off to the gym again tonight to do some weight work and more cardio.
