Motivation + 2 a days?
I need some added motivation. I’m feeling a little down after the Easter weekend. I had some decent workout but have cheated a bit and haven’t been eating too well. The weather has started to get pretty nice out and I realize that it will be Summer soon. I’m not sure if I’m doing all I can to get to where I want to get to by July 4th. I’m thinking that I may need to start doing Two a days at the gym. My only problem is that I go to the gym at night and am done by 10pm. I’m not a morning person, but it order for me to get to my goal of losing that 16lbs, I’m going to have to get to the gym at 6:30am. I just hope that`s enough time for my body to recover. I’m going to start his week and see how it goes. I guess that’s all I can do.
