Body Fat - machine says only 3% =|…..I don’t think so lol….time for a new one
Current supplements - Celltech Hardcore and Niox….and obviously protein shit
Lifting stats (without spotters or straps)
Dumbell bench - 140 x 6 (not 140 but 70 in each hand lmao)
Flat barbell bench - 185 x 6 or 255 x 1
Leg press - 710 x 4
Deadlift - 345 x 6
Overhead dumbell extensions -70 x 4
Barbell curl - 105 x 6
Squats - are pathetic
T-Bar rows - 4 plates x 6
Pull-overs - 80 x 6
Leg Extensions - 210 x 8
Standing dumbell curls - 80 x 6
Pec-Dec - could lift a house on Pec-Dec holy shit lmao
Pushups - 42
I’ll add the rest in the next 3 weeks cuz this is last month on the power lifting stage. Next…strict diet and cutting…****…but it’ll pay off on the beach =P i’ll finally get my abs back lol
