Harder, Better, Stronger
Monday, March 2nd, 2009It sucks when my personal life interferes with my fitness goals. I went through a real rough patch with my boyfriend where it came to a make or break point. During that time being emotional effects my eating habits.. but instead of some who might overeat, i get a knot in my stomach and cant eat at all. I went days without eating but i also lose any drive to work out. I lost more weight but i am not counting it toward my goal because it was unhealthy way to lose. We were able to work everything out and though it is still hard I am back on track, and staying healthy. I always feel these hard times make me a stronger person.
