It sucks when my personal life interferes with my fitness goals. I went through a real rough patch with my boyfriend where it came to a make or break point. During that time being emotional effects my eating habits.. but instead of some who might overeat, i get a knot in my stomach and cant eat at all. I went days without eating but i also lose any drive to work out. I lost more weight but i am not counting it toward my goal because it was unhealthy way to lose. We were able to work everything out and though it is still hard I am back on track, and staying healthy. I always feel these hard times make me a stronger person.

So i havent been on in a bit, I had to get my wisdom tooth pulled. I woke up 2 weeks ago with my gums all swollen! It was aching so bad.. i headed to over to the dentist (which i hate) and she said i needed it taken out and since it was still under my gum i had to go to an oral surgeon. I went and had to be put under anesthesia to get it out and ive felt like crap all week. I feel better today and started to eat solid foods lol. Now i have to get back on track! So far ive got 10lbs down.. 20lbs to go!

So i had back to back holiday parties all weekend. Im happy to say that I was ok with sticking to my diet and not even really wanting any of the fatty foods that were there. I made sure i ate before i went so I wasn’t hungry and had a salad at the party. All in all i had a great time and still managed to take off 6lbs in 2 weeks! Im working on getting some progress pics up, My USB camera wire just came in the mail. Thank you for the support all!

Today was a good day, keeping the diet going. Though today I felt so hungry, im usually just fine lol. I kept making sure i drank plenty of water because I was thinking maybe I was just thirsty and ive heard your body can become confused and you can feel hungry when it wants hydration. Don’t know if thats a myth but it seems to work, anyone know? Anyway hope all is well with everyone!

So just finished my workout for today, got a little carried away.. to much good music came on and didnt want to stop hehe
I had a good day with my diet also.
it just looks like everyone around me is getting sick. Im doing my best to stay away from them.. its that last thing i need is to get sick.
I still have to find some time to take some measurements to help keep track on my progress.
Well i feel like im comming down off my workout high and now im getting tired. I hope you all have a good day too!

So Hi everyone! Its pretty late at night, im always up too late. But anyway i started to see a nutritionist to help with my diet, i started about a week ago. Im very strict so far, very low on carbs and little to no dairy. Depending on how much I work out each day i play with how many carbs i take in.
Ive been taking pole dancing classes for about 6 months, Its been awsome for my arm and leg strength. But hasnt done to much with weight loss.
Im looking forward to looking better, continuing building strength and losing weight. Wish me Luck!
