			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Finally, I started properly this week and Monday&#8217;s 3hr workout as a part of the 8 week base training nearly killed me. I&#8217;ll be killing myself with weights&amp;cardio circuits 3 times a week and cardio circuits twice a week. I will also need to incorporate yoga (plus plenty of additional stretching) and gymnastics into my weekly fun times.. Interestingly enough, the local gymnastics team will not accept me into their entry level classes until I can do handstand and cartwheels&#8230; The latter is fine but whoah, handstand&#8230; Think this will be impossible!

I was planning to enter a competition, fitness one, next October in my home country but I am now starting to doubt my ability to catch up on years of limited activity to be good enough to compete. I am also extremely concerned about my lack of flexibility&#8230; I am hoping that this time I will actually stick to this one since a lot of people are expecting me to get back into the swing of things!
