Finally, I started properly this week and Monday’s 3hr workout as a part of the 8 week base training nearly killed me. I’ll be killing myself with weights&cardio circuits 3 times a week and cardio circuits twice a week. I will also need to incorporate yoga (plus plenty of additional stretching) and gymnastics into my weekly fun times.. Interestingly enough, the local gymnastics team will not accept me into their entry level classes until I can do handstand and cartwheels… The latter is fine but whoah, handstand… Think this will be impossible!
