Getting started
Well, I created this site last Saturday and just returned to the gym tonight. I was planning to enter a competition, fitness one, next October in my home country but I am now starting to doubt my ability to catch up on years of limited activity to be good enough to compete. I am also extremely concerned about my lack of flexibility… I am hoping that this time I will actually stick to this one since a lot of people are expecting me to get back into the swing of things! Me and my big mouth
