ok- so I picked up the "Perfect Pushup " product.- and it really wore me out.

Sore today- legs are aching- got a 7 mile run in yesterday. I got to 4.5 miles and felt really good, so i bumped it up.
I’ll do some upper body work today- shoulders lats- abs and eat clean of course today. This is the hardest part of the year when its cold outside- and hot food tastes the best!! Gotta stay away from the cakes and pies this week! HELP!!

Ok - I’m back on track now. I’ve been away, traveling quite a bit. Eating all the wrong foods and not keeping up with my cardio. I’ve gained back about 5 pounds. Of Fat not Muscle. I’m trying to find the balance. i’ve lost 25 to 30 lbs. and i’m trying to find the balance of the right foods. I got down to 138 lbs. and felt light headed alot. Lifting is on the back burner because of time, but i’m trying to get back on track in the gym. Anyone out there with any suggestions?

i spent this week at a corporate event-
even though i placed within the top 3 in a 5k run out of about 50 people, I ate horribly.
fried foods, mashed potatoes , gravy !!! YUCKKK!!!

Friday I got my 2.25 miles in and Saturday 4.25 miles. Sunday I rested but today I plan to run my 4.25 and hit the weights. I’ve been slacking a little on the weight side so I a boost. Also with the weekend my diet has been a little off, but thats ok I will work it off.
